Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, except in cases where the item received was incorrect, damaged, or defective.  In the case of incorrect orders, damaged or defective products, we will refund the entire cost of the first order with reimbursement included for shipping the product back to us.  
4.2. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your returned items reach us safely. We are not responsible for returns lost or damaged during transit.

5.1. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.
5.2. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days.
